Manual QA is changing: it’s more than clicking; it’s about knowing what to question
Manual QA is often associated with executing test cases and checking whether a feature works as expected. But modern manual testing goes much further. It involves questioning requirements, exploring unexpected behaviour, investigating failures and understanding where software quality risks may actually lie. As testing evolves, the value of manual QA lies less in how much a tester can click and more in what they know to question.
